Once the complain is register by our telecaller they assigned customer complain to available service engineer.That engineer analysis comaplain properly so that customer need is statified on time.

Our every service engineer is well equipped with a latest tools. We have different specialist for every problem related to machine.Our Engineer also guide customer about the cause of the problem and guide them properly.
STEP 4
After completion of comaplain,our telecaller will contact that customer about the serive they receive and ask feedback of the entire process.
